Fi is the Managing Director at Ambitions. She is relied upon by travel, hospitality, and technology brands to assist with their recruitment and people plans. Fi designs and authors a number of courses for Ambitions.

Wayne is an highly skilled Corporate Travel, Director of Sales & Account Management and has over 25 years' experience, managing customer accounts while working within the airline and corporate travel management industries.
He studied Strategic Account Management while attending the Sales Directors Programme at Cranfield University, where he had the opportunity to learn from some of the leading thinkers in sales and account management, Lynnette Ryals and Neil Rackham, the creator of SPIN Selling Methodology.
Wayne has experience of managing customers of all shapes and sizes, including successful leadership of global account management programmes for a number of multinational organisations.
Wayne has used his experience to author training for individuals looking to move into a corporate account management role or for those looking to enhance their existing account management skills.

She has worked within the human resources field for over 18 years, holding several senior executive positions. She is skilled in labour relations, organisational design & development, management & leadership, compensation & talent management.
Harvinder and her family live on the south coast of England. Living by the beach, she enjoys outdoor water sports including paddle boarding. She is a keen reader of literature, in particular Shakespeare and poetry. She enjoys the theatre, keeping fit and spending time with her family and friends.

Pamela has worked in the travel industry for over 30 years, for some of the UK's most well-known industry brands such as TUI (Thomson Holidays), Thomas Cook and Expedia as a Global Customer Resolutions Director
Pamela has led global teams of circa 120 agents in 13 locations, including the Nordics, China, India, Australia, the EU and North America, handling all global complaints and service failures, and responsible for resolving the customer issues, identifying root cause, analysis, recovering any losses from suppliers and ensuring continuous improvement within the business.
Pamela now splits her time living in the north of England and Menorca, and is our expert customer service author.

Gen has embarked on a diverse career journey, ranging from her role as a travel consultant to national accounts branch manager. Throughout her career, she has honed her adaptability, efficiency, and organisational skills, making her a valuable asset to any travel-related business or company.
In 2019, she transitioned into the field of travel recruitment, leveraging her industry expertise to provide exceptional support to her team while recruiting colleagues, candidates, and customers.
Furthermore, Gen brings the additional advantage of having previously worked in training for a well-regarded Australian hospitality training company.
Gen is the Talent Operations Specialist at Ambitions. Providing administrative support to our learners, candidates and customers, she excels at stress management.
